John Cox-Healey

Partner/Solicitor

Mr Cox-Healey has over 40 years’ experience of assisting clients in this locality. He has been a qualified solicitor since 1985 having trained at Granville-West, Chivers & Morgan and is now senior partner of the practice. He is based primarily based in our Abertillery office but regularly sees clients at Risca office. His areas of specialism include all areas of work including litigation, employment, commercial and residential property, probate and estate planning. He is responsible for supervising these areas of work within the practice.

John Erasmus

Partner/Solicitor

Mr Erasmus is a qualified solicitor and partner at the practice. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1984 having obtained a law degree from Aberystwyth University. He has over 30 years of experience in assisting clients in matters such as commercial and residential property, probate and estate planning. He shares responsibility for supervising these areas of work within the practice. He is based at Newbridge office having worked at both our Blackwood and Pontypool offices previously.

Justin Telang

Partner/Solicitor

Mr Telang obtained a law degree from the University of Glamorgan and joined the practice as a qualified solicitor in 1995. He has remained with the practice throughout his career and became a partner in 2011. Mr Telang is based at our Risca office and has strong roots with Caldicot having set up and run our office there until 2013. He maintains a strong client base within the locality. His areas of specialism include residential property, probate and estate planning. He shares responsibility for supervising these areas of work within the practice. He is appointed as the practices Money Laundering officer and the Conveyancing Quality Scheme Senior Reporting officer.

Linda James

Partner/Legal Executive

Mrs James is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive having joined the practice in 1989 as a secretary. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2005 having completed her training with Granville-West, Chivers & Morgan. She became a Partner in 2021. She is based at our Newbridge office but regularly sees clients in our Blackwood Office. She runs a caseload specialising in residential property, probate and estate planning. 

Charlotte Alice Evans

Graduate Legal Executive

Miss Evans joined the practice in 2013 as a member of our administration team and has now qualified as a Graduate Legal Executive. She is presently dealing with general litigation, property matters, the preparation of wills, lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration. She is based at our Newbridge office but regularly sees clients in our Abertillery and Risca Offices.

David James

Solicitor

Mr James qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and has 20 years experience in assisting both private and corporate clients in Commercial and Residential property matters. He is based at our Risca Office but regularly sees clients in our Newbridge Office.
