Position:          Litigation and Family Solicitor and/or Chartered Legal Executive (+3 PQE)

Job Description:

  • Managing a mixed caseload of litigation matters and family law files from instruction to resolution
  • Advising clients on disputes including contract issues, property matters, debt recovery, and contentious probate
  • Drafting pleadings and legal documents including statements of case, applications, witness statements, and settlement agreements
  • Conducting advocacy at hearings where appropriate
  • Liaising with counsel, experts, and third parties
  • Negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediation
  • Handling family law matters such as divorce, financial remedy and cohabitation agreements/disputes.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm-wide procedures
  • Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships  

Position:          Audio Typist/Administrator

Job Description:

  • Perform accurate audio typing of legal documents, and correspondence on our case management system.
  • Manage data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, organising documents, scheduling appointments and managing diaries.
  • Handle phone calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and directing calls as needed.
  • Support the team with various clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an audio typist or in a similar administrative role. with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and in a fast-paced environment.
